  IMPORTANT:
We are responsible for moving your FURNITURE ONLY. You, the resident, must contact our Orlando office at 407-244-5588 x 201 or our Jacksonville office at 904-475-9300, 48 hours prior to your installation date for a confirmation number; otherwise your installation time will be given to another customer.

   
 

BEFORE the installers arrive:

   
1) Please pick up personal effects; shoes, newspapers, clothing, etc.
2) Please remove all loose articles from tables, shelves and flat surfaces, (do not stack items on bed or other furniture we will be moving).
3) Make certain bookcases and china cabinets are empty.
4) Clear out the bottoms of all your closets.
5) Please empty and disassemble waterbeds, beds, aquariums and any furniture that requires disassembly in order to move. We are not responsible for the disassembling of any furniture including beds of any type.
6) You are responsible for moving all electrical equipment, such as TV's, computers, VCR's, Grandfather clocks, etc.
7) We do not move safes, antiques, aquariums, freezers, or breakables.
8) Pianos and organs are an additional $50.00 each. We cannot be held responsible for "tuning."
9) Please do NOT wait until the crew arrives to begin moving - they are often scheduled for several jobs in one day and this will delay or possibly postpone your installation. If you are not prepared when our crew arrives, a $50.00 trip charge will be incurred.
 
Carpet installations cannot be performed during inclement weather. If this occurs, we will notify your property and reschedule your installation as soon as possible.
