  You, the resident, are responsible for moving all
your furniture and personal belongings.


IMPORTANT:

You, the resident, must contact our Orlando office at 407-244-5588 x 201 or our Jacksonville office at 904-475-9300, 48 hours prior to your installation date for a confirmation number; otherwise your installation time will be given to another customer.

   
 

BEFORE the installers arrive:
Make sure you have your furniture and personal items moved entirely out of their way. The bottoms of all closets should be clean and empty. Room to room movement of furniture is NOT permissible. All furniture must be moved prior to the arrival of the installation crew.

   
1) Please do NOT wait until the crew arrives to begin moving – they are often scheduled for more jobs in one day and this will delay or possibly postpone your installation. If you are not prepared when our crew arrives, a $50.00 trip charge will be incurred.
2) If you need a company representative to answer a specific question, please call prior to your scheduled installation date and we will be happy to assist you in any way we can.
 
 
Carpet installations cannot be performed during inclement weather. If this occurs, we will notify your property and reschedule your installation as soon as possible.
